Couples may choose clergy familiar to them, or our parish priest may be available to assist with ceremony planning, premarital counseling and rehearsal.

Wedding Cost & Notes

Facility Rental
$750.00
A $350.00 deposit is due upon reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event. All payments are made payable to St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Wedding Host Fee
$200.00
Please pay the Wedding Host directly 30 days in advance. This fee is non-refundable.
Clergy Fee
$250.00
Payable directly to the Rev. Matthew L. Buterbaugh.
Pre-Marital Counseling
$350.00
This fee covers five couples sessions and an individual session with each partner, tailored using an initial inventory.
Aisle Torch Rental
$100.00
Rental must be paid one month in advance. The Wedding Host must be notified at least one month in advance.
Musician's Fee
To be negotiated
The fee and time of payment should be arranged directly with the musician.

Wedding Details & Policies

Wedding Rehearsal
An hour-long rehearsal the night before the wedding is included as part of the contract with the church.
Clergy Options
Couples may choose clergy familiar to them. Our parish priest may also be available to work with couples on planning the ceremony, including required premarital counseling and rehearsal.
Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling includes five couples sessions and one individual session with each partner, tailored using an initial inventory.
Photography & Videography
Photographers and videographers are asked to remain unobtrusive during the ceremony. Flash photography is permitted for the entrance and exit of the couple and before or after the ceremony.
Flowers & Decorations
Florists should avoid adhesives that could leave residue. Flowers and decorative materials should be removed following the ceremony unless prior arrangements have been made with St. Luke's.
Deposits & Payments
A $350 deposit is due when the church is reserved. The remaining facility balance is due no later than 30 days before the event. Wedding Host, clergy, counseling, musician and optional rental fees should be paid according to the arrangements described above.
