PENTECOST SUNDAY! June 8
This is a reminder that Sunday, June 8 is Pentecost Sunday. It’s a big day in the life of the Church. St. Luke's will be visited by Archbishop Jackson Sapit, Primate of the Anglican Church of Kenya - the Kenyan equivalent of our Presiding Bishop. Archbishop Sapit is spending part of his sabbatical at the DeKoven Center and will be preaching and celebrating for us on his first Sunday in the U.S. Following the service, there will be a potluck lunch, with plenty of dessert provided. If you bring anything, bring a main dish or side. We look forward to seeing you all on Sunday, and a Happy Pentecost!
